  • Hire 1-2 experienced sales/technical reps to convert the strong regional reputation into proactive outbound demand. The engineered-solutions side ties into new construction and facility expansion, and existing distribution relationships give new hires a warm channel to sell into.
  • Scale the in-house demonstration and training program, which the seller describes as a proven, high-margin asset that is under-scaled relative to demand.
